DirectAdmin Retail Licenses

  2. Information on Limited Licenses
  3. Protection against arbitrary price increases only. Does not apply to inflation, extraordinary world events, currency devaluation, etc. Does not apply to add-ons given as a free gift/bonus.
  4. Automatic retail license 15% discount after four (4) Standard Licenses (or equivalent value of any combination of recurring licenses). Discount reaches 40% at thirty five (35) Standard licenses (or equivalent value of any combination of recurring licenses). Must use balance as payment method (prepaid funds), due to dynamic pricing.
  5. DirectAdmin installs easily with one command. If installation fails, you are eligible to open a support ticket requesting assistance. All other technical support is community-based (forum) for this license type.
  6. Some products will no longer be offered as of August 1st, 2023.

Payment Methods

We accept USD$ and EUR€ currencies.

  • License subscriptions must be in USD$
  • License subscriptions can use Credit Cards, PayPal, or Account Credit.
  • 'Account Credit' can be adding using USD$ or EUR€
    • USD$ Account Credit can use Credit Cards.
    • EUR€ Account Credit can use SEPA Direct Debit or iDEAL
  • 'Automatic Credit' uses the 'Account Credit' system.
    • Stripe client accounts may be locked to the first currency used.
    • Automatic Credit top-up system must be tested for the payment method used.
    • Some european cards are not allowed (eg: 3D Secure, etc).
    • SEPA and iDEAL will likely not work with Automatic Credit.
  • 'Monthly Balance Invoices' are availble upon request
    • Summary of all balance payments made during the previous month
    • Invoice generated and emailed on the 1st of each month
    • Option to use purpose the 'Automatic Credit' system to automatically pay the amount on the 'Monthly Balance Invoice'
  • We accept wires for larger clients, but must be requested and approved by our sales department.

Volume Pricing

All accounts are eligible for our 15%-40% bulk pricing, starting at only 4 Standard licenses (or equivalent). This discount is automatic, and intended for accounts under 20 Standard licenses (or equivalent). For higher-volume accounts, we offer additional pricing tiers not advertised on this page. These tiers provide extra convenience features such as daily billing and multi-server license keys. Please Contact Us for more information.

Buying from a Reseller?

You do not own a license unless you have purchased it through our directadmin.com website. Note that our terms and conditions do not allow license reselling unless you are leasing it from a server provider with a server. If you do not receive a server with your license payment to the Reseller, then your license violates our terms and conditions. Only the owner of the license with a valid Clients Login can modify a license.
