Debug mode modulus %10==7 to show timestamp

Version 1.55

Feature
Finished

Sometimes you want to know exactly when things happen, when using DA's debug mode. This change adds a debug%10 == 7 check to the debug level. Basically, if you end any debug level with a 7, then the debug output line will start with the current timestamp of the system (handy for cron debug logging, for example)
