CentOS 7: /etc/logrotate.d/exim to be set to 644

Version 1.48

Default exim logrotate file on CentOS 7 was appearing with 755, which logrotate didn't like. exim.sh will now set it to 644, after the rpm is installed. Likely 755 on other CentOS boxes, but logrotate may not have had this check. The exim.sh change applies to all CentOS boxes, but only CentOS 7 complained of the issue.
