Do not allow SSL for the non-default domain

Version 1.331

Bugfix
Finished

Check to prevent anyone from accessing the SSL section on domains if they're not the default domain. Only the default domain has control over the certificate, thus allowing them access to secondary domains was confusing. Making SSL changes to secondary domains has no effect since only the first SSL virtualhost controls the cert/key. http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=89
