Hide old directadmin.conf mysql settings when mysql_detect_correct_methods=1

New installs have been using mysql_detect_correct_methods=1 for a while now. When this setting is enabled, the 2 older settings: mysql_milestone_16 mysql_use_new_user_methods have no effect and only cause confusion.
