dnssec.sh to use RSASHA256

Version 1.51

Changed the do_keygen() function in the script: /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/dnssec.sh to use: RSASHA256 instead of: RSASHA1 but only if the script can see "RSASHA256" in the keygen, eg if: /usr/sbin/dnssec-keygen -h 2>&1 | grep -c RSASHA256 is greater than 0. If it's 0, then it's an older setup, so it will still use RSASHA1.
