If custom private_html link, keep custom value on restore

Version 1.46

Bugfix
Finished

A DA restore will now respect any manually changed private_html links. Previously, DA would only notice that it was a link (exepecting it to be pointed to ./public_html), and as such would set it to ./public_html upon restore. However, some people point the private_html folder elsewhere, so this change will remember, and respect it. Changes to the backup are: - backup/domain.com/domain.conf private_html_is_link=2 is now an option, where 2 means custom, 1 plain old ./public_html, and 0, a directory. If 2 is set, then this is also added: private_html_link_value=/custom/link/path which is set upon restore.
