Ability to force no sorting in a table

Version 1.453

Feature
Finished

Table sorting is specified by sort1=N where N is a number greater than 0, or less than 0, but not 0. The number represents which column, and negative means descending. Change allows sort1=0 (or sort2), which makes the table skip all sorting, which could speed up the page load if it's got many entries. If no sort1 value is passed at all, it will revert to the default, which is often sort1=1 (but there are sometimes other defaults, depending on the tables)
